Why do rapists get a “fair trial”

when victims of rape didn’t have their attack decided by a group after a long fair trial.

you understand this led to thousands of black men being falsely locked up if not lynched, yes?

Because the point of a trial is to be impartial until the suspect is either exonerated or proven guilty. Victims of murder also don’t get their death decided by a jury but thats an equally poor argument to make.
